Welcome to Give Attendance to Reading, with Max and Charlie Taylor. This podcast was born out of our love for reading and discussing theology and Christian ministry, and it has grown to include topics such as culture, geo-politics, and practical Christian living. Our goal is to cover the best books in Christian literature, one chapter at a time. By listening in each week, not only will you hear a summary of each book, but you will also get commentary on the topics discussed along with our take on how to apply the information to our everyday lives. Thanks for listening, let’s get into it!

Today we discuss how to have greater confidence in prayer, and it is a convicting subject. The encouraging thing is we can have confidence that the Lord hears us and be sure we have the things we ask if we heed these verses. This topic is so impactful. Our hope is that through hearing this discussion and the verses we reference, we will all be challenged to grow our prayer lives and pray for things according to the Lord’s will.
Next week we will be discussing the reading from volume 5, chapter 12 of “Life in Christ” by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones (pages 669-680).
