Life in Christ by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones
To follow up from last week, we are looking at the importance of not only having the Holy Spirit, but also testing the Spirits. This chapter emphasizes the importance of balance to avoid extremes, how a person’s lived experiences affect their message, and why it sometimes feels as though we are fighting error on multiple fronts from multiple directions. It was a helpful read for both of us, and we hope you enjoy the conversation.
Next week we will be discussing the reading from volume 4, chapter 2 of “Life in Christ” by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones (pages 409-418).
