Life in Christ by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones
It is such a comfort to those who are sensitive towards sin and distressed at their own potential to stray from God that we have an advocate, Jesus Christ the righteous! Once we got the episode started (😂), we were able to discuss our need for a mediator and talk about how great of a go-between Jesus is. This only magnifies the gospel in our view and causes us to be even more grateful for the gift we have been given.
Next week we will be discussing the reading from volume 2, chapter 4 of “Life in Christ” by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones (pages 181-190).
